Carolyn said she has found the facility to be reliable. They are willing to let her know what is happening, so she could decide how to proceed if it's needed. They let her ask questions and they don't get upset if she brings the vehicle by when she doesn't have an appointment for. It has been helpful to her.

"Best Automotive Repair Shop" The mechanics and staff at Ponder were very friendly and courteous. Although I knew what the issue was with my car, they double checked and also checked for other issues with my car as well. The fact that they also have a shuttle service free of charge for their customers lets me know that customer care is their priority. I did not feel taken advantage of and they made sure I left feeling good about the service they provided.
