Ponder solved a problem that two dealer shops could not. Our Toyota Highlander had a "parasitic" draw on the battery. Something was drawing the battery down; after three days, the battery would be dead and require a jump start. One shop had it for two weeks, a Toyota dealer had it for three weeks. They could not find what was drawing the battery down. In fact, the Toyota dealer said "There is nothing wrong with your Highlander" which was not true, the battery would still go dead and require a jump. Ponder found the problem and repaired it, a short in the dome light system, in one day. Thank you!
