On Friday had an emergency with our car and made an appointment to take it to the dealership for diagnostics. When the dealer gave us the run around, I called Ponder and explained our situation. They told me we could drop it off immediately (Friday afternoon), and they'd get to it Monday or Tuesday. We were able to pick up the car by noon on Monday. Everyone was so understanding, friendly, helpful, and professional. We will certainly be repeat customers in the future.
