"trustworthy" I go to Ponder for my automotive repairs because they are trustworthy. They aren't the cheapest around, but they only make the necessary repairs. They have saved us hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars over stuff the dealership has recommended.

"They did great!" They did exactly what they promised at the price they quoted, I couldn't be happier with their service.

This is one of the few places I trust in Johnson City to do work on the family vehicles.

"I won't go anywhere else from no on!" The folks at Ponder have been familiar faces for a while: they are frequent guests at the small business where I work, and fortunately I had never needed their services until recently. When I did, I was given an appointment for only 48 hours later, and they even volunteered to give me a ride to work that day. The part I needed didn't arrive on time, so they gave me a loaner to use for an extra day while the part came and repair was done. All this was just beyond thoughtful, and completely took away the stress of hitching rides, etc. to still be able to go to work and have transportation while repairs were made. And to top it all off, the pricing was very reasonable. I'm so glad I tried them out, because I definitely would return if need be.

Very friendly and quick to finish job. They are a bit pricey though. I got an oil change and it was $50. I've been to places that only charge $30. I'd really only go here if I was in a rush to get something done in this area.

"Trustworthy and Friendly" I've been taking my cars to Ponder for about 25 years because I know from experience that you are honest and I trust you. Also, you remember me and treat me like a friend, and you don't talk down to me because I don't know much about cars. I recommend you all the time.
