I was told from an automobile dealer service department my car had a certain problem but your tech discovered that wasn't it at all and fixed the problem. Job well done !!!!

"Breezy" I recently took my dodge caliber (breezy) in for repairs at Ponder and I have to say im very satisfied with the service I received. They are extremely helpful in preventive maintenance and very quick with the repairs, even on fairly major jobs. I actually travel for work and Ponder has been so accomidating in storing my car until I could get back into town to pick it up. Even met me on a Saturday but don't hold them to that. Again I am extremely satisfied with the service and southern hospitality of the staff. I guess my only complaints are that they aren't open on Saturday and the messages get checked once a week, but don't let that stop you, im not

"Ponder services an old Chevrolet Malibu, and also a newer Solara." I take an '83 Chevrolet to Ponder for routine service and various repairs. They always do the requested work completely and in a timely fashion. If I discover an issue after I bring the car home, I can take it back for follow-up work and there's no question, no additional costs. Once I took the car in with a jammed door that would neither open nor close. They fixed it quickly and charged me nothing. The people are friendly and answer my questions, taking all the time needed to help me understand their explanations. This is an old, old car, and yet, they are able to service it and find needed parts.

They replaced a starter for me about a year ago at a very reasonable price, but when I was discussing it over the phone with the mechanic he told me my oil hadn't been changed in at least 10k miles and asked if I wanted them to do it. This was crap as I use full synthetic and had just changed my oil not even 3500 miles ago, didn't look dirty at all. Still they did good work and today I'll have them replace a broken lug nut stud, I'll update post later. Update: had them replace 3 stripped lug nut studs and tightened my E brake for 239. Reading around on the internet I think that was very reasonable. Nice staff and the car runs great. I'll be back next time I need work done.

"Simple became complicated became resolved" Took my 10 yr old BMW for an oil change and leak. Ponder folks found three issues causing the problems on my beloved car with 140K miles. More than I realized. Checking around, their solution was correct and priced well. We left the car with them while we left on a short trip. They got the job done, kept the car In their secure lot and we were able to pick up the car when we returned after hours. Thank you for a job well done. She is driving great!

"Cobalt repair" Called on a Monday week before holiday was able to take the car in that day. I had to have a major repair that was explained to me about the cost and value of the car. Decided to get the repair and the repair was done much quicker than I thought so I had very little down time. Very happy to get the car back so quick.
