"Convenient "Drop Box" Service" As alwys, Brian and his team of professionals never fail to provide top notch service. When the check engine light suddenly appeared on my Toyota van, my first thought was to get it to Brian as soon as possible. So I parked it at his place of business that night and by using his very convenient "drop box" service was able to get it serviced very quickly. He worked me in the very next day and I was back on the road in no time.

"Returning Customer" I first went to Ponder Auto Repair back in 1984 on a recommendation from a family member. I left the area for over 25 years and now that I am back in Johnson City I brought my current car in for troubleshoot and repair. I was glad to see that the service is still good and prices are reasonable. The diagnosis of the car was quick and what I was quoted for the cost was exactly what I was told. They even included a discount coupon I did not know about as part of the service. I plan to continue bringing my car in for service in the future.
