Always friendly and professional.

I have had nothing but trouble out of my car and thankfully Ponders auto repair was suggested to me. I have a ford and they are the only place I found to have the equipment needed besides the ford dealership. I have used them for about 1 year now and they have fixed my car about 3 or 4 times now. I’ve been able to drop my car off & them give me a ride to work and pick me up to get it at the end of the day so they took out the inconvenience for me since it’s my only car. They are all very knowledgeable, nice and more importantly they are honest. Just last week I had my car back to them for another issue and it was something they had previously fixed that was a faulty part. If they wasn’t honest they could’ve easily told me anything to charge me, but they didn’t. If you’re looking for a honest, good place to fix your vehicle I highly suggest Ponders.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Ponder Automotive for the following reasons: they booked my appointment in 2 days after my initial visit. Staff is efficient, friendly, and communicated with me re: repair status and costs. Price was fair. I would recommend them for those reasons.
