Called and got scheduled the next week. Took my car the night before and used the key drop off box. I was called before lunch. The car was serviced and inspected. All of my questions were answered about my car. I will use Ponder for all of my service needs from now on.

Always the best customer service with Ponder! Got a quick appointment for an oil change on a date convenient to my visit to JC and they were able to work it out! Added another mystery light that came on and they fixed that too! If your not going to Ponder Auto Repair, you’re crazy! Thanks again Ponder, with you around I don't have to worry about my vehicles!

Kept appointment time and finished when promised. They made diagnosis and then told me cost before repairs were made. They are excellent with electrical problems.
