I was very satisfied with my experience with Ponder Automotive for the following reasons: they booked my appointment in 2 days after my initial visit. Staff is efficient, friendly, and communicated with me re: repair status and costs. Price was fair. I would recommend them for those reasons.

Excellent service as always! I feel good knowing that while I cannot always be with my teenaged and young adult drivers to make sure they are safe, their vehicles are in good hands with Ponder's!

I would give Ponder Auto Repair 10 stars. They did an excellent job on my vehicle and in a very timely manner. They stand out above the rest because of their professionalism - these are super mechanics! I was also very impressed with their facility. I feel fortunate that I have found a place I that I can trust for my automotive needs. This is the type of auto repair shop you wish you would have found the first time. I won't go anywhere else.

Ponder's is the only place I will take my vehicle for repairs. The staff is knowledgeable and always friendly and professional. I have found them to be honest in relaying what needs to be repaired and they always use OEM and quality parts. They may cost a little more but it so worth it to have something done right!!!

We bought a used car over the weekend and had problems with it right away. I was going out of town that Monday and didn't have a chance to call for an appointment, so we dropped the car off at Ponder's with a note. Although they couldn't get to it immediately (and I did not expect them to), they looked over it and got it fixed as quickly as they could. I appreciate the always-excellent service!

My vehicle came to Ponder Auto Repair on a tow truck with many issues but no easily diagnosed problem. After careful inspection and diagnosis, Brian contacted me and gave me not one, but three estimates for repairs using different replacement parts manufacturers. The work was completed as timely as possible considering the obstacles of back order parts and replacement parts damaged in shipping. Overall I am pleased with the work that was done for me.
