Once again I thank the owner and staff at Ponder for taking care of my car. I won't take my car anyplace else. Honesty and integrity play an important role in any business, and Ponder has that. However, Ponder also has the expertise you won't find in this area. Brian is the most knowledgeable person on cars and vehicles I have ever met. That means a lot and also ensures that your vehicle is in good hands. I choose to put knowledge, experience, and skill on my side - and that's why I won't go anywhere but Ponder for car repair and service. Let me add that I don't give false flattery. I'm a retired Marine and I tell it like it is.

We recently had a situation where our vehicle looked like it was experiencing a near overheating issue. We called Ponder Auto Repair and they were able to schedule a date/time for us to leave our vehicle, diagnose, provide an accurate estimate and fix our issue within a reasonable timeframe. Ponder Auto Repair is our preferred auto repair shop.

As always their shop did a great job getting my car back on the road. I went from 'I think I need to buy a new car' to 'This car runs almost like new again'. Granted, I spent more than I thought it would take but the cost was WAY cheaper than buying another car. The techs an Ponder seem to know what they are doing when it comes to repairing my vehicles. Everyone at this shop is friendly and willing to take a minute to explain things to you.
