I have used Ponder's Auto for 30+ years, and their service has always been exceptional. I never have to remember when things are due since they send me a reminder. They always discuss any necessary repairs and provide me with options. They are a blessing to me, and I rely on them.

Ponder is the only pace to take your vehicle. Why? Because they really go over your vehicle and have exceptional knowledge. For example, I have gotten a simple oil change and they have found important issues that needed attention. Our vehicles are very important to us, so getting them inspected on a regular basis is important to do. I like to know I have a team of experts behind the service and maintenance of my vehicle. I can't recommend Ponder enough for this.

Great customer service

Jake and the rest of the crew are wonderful. I can't thank you all enough. I have taken my car in multiple times to another location and they kept telling me all was fine. I knew it wasn't. My sister has been taking her vehicle here and you all have done right by her and me now. You all were able to find that my sway bars were broken. After having them fixed my car no longer grinds or feels like the backend is loose. I will continue to come back to this location and recommend you all to anyone I know.
