"Simple became complicated became resolved" Took my 10 yr old BMW for an oil change and leak. Ponder folks found three issues causing the problems on my beloved car with 140K miles. More than I realized. Checking around, their solution was correct and priced well. We left the car with them while we left on a short trip. They got the job done, kept the car In their secure lot and we were able to pick up the car when we returned after hours. Thank you for a job well done. She is driving great!

"Cobalt repair" Called on a Monday week before holiday was able to take the car in that day. I had to have a major repair that was explained to me about the cost and value of the car. Decided to get the repair and the repair was done much quicker than I thought so I had very little down time. Very happy to get the car back so quick.

Tommy said he has no problems with them and they're tough with him. He likes their service.

Karen said they are very honest and she does not have to worry about them when she brings her vehicle in. They are efficient and do it when they say they are going to do it.
