If you wanted to be treated like your business matters, like you as a person matter and your business should be earned... go to Ponder. I do not take my Volvo anywhere else. Two years ago I had axle issues and they performed a costly repair. While I was not happy about cost at the time as an expense is an expense, I am happy now. The Volvo part they used was not cheap, but had a lifetime warranty. Last week the part failed. Ponder looked at the car overnighted the part in this busy Holoday season and had my XC repaired in record time. I am a mechanic and do work on cars and have for years, however my career no longer allows me the time. Some other dealers would have possibly told me the part was not under warranty, the wrong part etc. Ponder however has a reputation to uphold and they provide a premium service at a fair price with a lasting value. Reputation, service and value are a rare find these days. I have learned you get what you pay for and I appreciate this business, not to mention they are kind and patient folks.
